Istock_000004062490smallA great place to live… The oak lined streets of downtown Mobile and the historically preserved midtown, give our area a cultural influence impossible to duplicate. Mobile’s quality of Life won the 74th spot in Money Magazine’s “100 Best Places to Live” annual survey in 1997. U.S. News and World Report ranked Mobile in the top third of the nation’s hottest housing markets.  Moody Economic report ranked Mobile as the #1 growth market in the nation in 2008.

A moderate year round climate and thousand of acres of natural protected wetlands make our area one of the best in the nation for outdoor enjoyment. The sugar white beaches, great fishing, and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only minutes away and can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Mobile is a regional center for medical care, research and education. There are 850 physicians and 175 dentists practicing in the area, many affiliated with one or more of nine hospitals which serve the Mobile area.
